Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We offer international delivery to select destinations worldwide.

  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Customers ordering outside the United Kingdom are solely responsible for any import duties, customs charges, sales taxes, or handling fees assessed by their local customs authorities.

  • Customs Delays: AYN OUD is not liable for international delivery delays caused by local customs clearance procedures or local postal disruptions.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking Your Parcel: Once dispatched, responsibility for physical transit rests with the carrier. Please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email for real-time updates.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your full delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. AYN OUD cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to reship orders returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aynoud.uk@gmail.com with your order number.
